Borthwick Institute The Borthwick Institute for Historical Research is one of the biggest archive repositories outside London. It holds the original parish records for Stillington (Baptisms 1666-1923, Marriages 1666-1985 & Burials 1666-1954) and Marton cum Moxby (Baptisms 1539-1992, Marriages 1539-1946 & Burials 1539-1990).
