Our previous projects have delved into the past. Our next one will be a recording of life in Stillington, Marton and Moxby over the course of 2026. 

The last such project took place for the book on Stillington published for the Millenium.

The aim of this project is simple: to provide an overview of life during the second quarter of the 21st Century in our rural communities. 

Any participation will be voluntary. We sincerely hope that individuals and groups will see the value this information will have to researchers in the future. 

All material gathered will be kept digitally and subject to any Data Protection legislation so any published material will either anonymised or only published with the permission of the supplier.

The areas we wish to cover are:

1. People and their homes.

2. Work, businesses, farming and education.

3. Recreation, clubs, societies and organisations.

4. Changes. New housing. Nature and the environment.
