The purchaser of this lot will have the option of taking at a Valuation the stock and crops on the Home Farm, and also the Furniture at the Hall, except what the Vendor may select and pictures, except Family Portraits and pictures by Sir Joshua Reynolds, Hobbins and Zuccherelli, or others which the Vendor may select.
 
Stillington Hall
Contains on the Ground Floor, Entrance Hall, Dining Room, Drawing Room, Library, Small Study, Billiard Room, Conservatory, Kitchens, Butler's Pantry, with Butler's Bedroom Adjoining and Servant's Hall; and on the First and Second Floors 11 Bedrooms and Attics.

The School House (which belongs to the Vendor) on the Village Green is not included in the sale.

 The Manor of Stillington with Nawton and Wombleton, Manorial Rights.
Rectorial Tithe, Rent Charge, commuted to £6, and Copyhold Rents, about £24 16s per annum. The Fines, which are small and certain, on an average of 10 years have amounted to about £4 2s per annum.
